The hotel is clean and the rooms are good-sized and well-appointed. It has efficient and excellent staff and very efficient services. The venue offers plenty of food that was outstanding. The location is magnificent with private parking available nearby. They provide many type of service - good bar, free wi-fi, shuttle from airport.

The location here is fantastic! It's so easy to get around with buses and trains nearby to take you to the old town, Milan, or the airport 🚍 You can even catch a train to visit Milan. Plus, the charming La Citta Alta is just a mile away, making it a great spot to explore on foot.

The breakfast at Best Western Hotel Piemontese was adequate and satisfactory with great views. The setting of the hotel is incredible, being very close to the railway station, MacDonalds, and transportation to the airport.

hotel is literally in front of the train and bus station. It's very convenient for getting to the airport, as the bus takes you there. hotel is fine, rooms are quite big and clean. bed was comfortable and wifi in the room worked well (although it works with some temporary codes and can be a bit cumbersome). hotel staff is friendly and helpful (at the reception they speak Spanish). Breakfast is not included in the price of the room and costs 7 euros. Breakfast is fine, breakfast staff works... it's not the case, it's not worth it.

I liked the breakfast on the first day very much. On the second day it was a problem, they didn't restock things, and when they did restock it was in such a small quantity that it didn't provide for all of us in the dining room. The sausages on the hot plate were not replaced. The buns, they made half a dozen when more than 6 people had asked for them... The first day there were 4 types of croissants: without filling, with chocolate, with apricot and with lemon cream. There were also some mini donuts filled with cream, raisinshells and mini chocolate Neapolitans. On the second day only one mini donut and two croissants, it was over and it took half an hour to take out half a dozen of whatever touched the croissants (nothing from the rest), so people threw themselves at them as if they were the last ones. On the hot trays the same situation, even for a moment they left the yogurt containers empty

The service was excellent. The bed in the double room was exceptionally comfortable.- The staff was informative.- The location was unbeatable for access to a really good restaurant.

Cozy room, comfortable mattress, quiet despite the fact that the windows overlook the busy street! At breakfast, to my delight, there was a cappuccino on soy milk (rare for hotels, for some reason). The location is excellent - just a few steps from the station, 15-20 minutes walk from the funicular that will take you to the old town. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. But remember, if you arrive during the day, there's almost no chance of a normal lunch: by 3pm, all the (!) kitchens close and you can just have something to drink / drink and snack on a baked / sandwich. And only closer to 19 will open institutions, where you will be fed dinner.
